New Gospel Radio In Town

KUBAMBA RADIO is the latest all-gospel station running the airwaves in Kenya.
The brainchild is K-Krew, well known for its high school missions, gospel parties like T.S.O (which happens every end of the year) and the very popular Gospel Sunday that airs on citizen TV every Sunday from 6-1.
The surprise venture into KUBAMBA RADIO is a welcome move as audiences seeking a different source of inspiration through music will get it on FM 96.1.
“I must say this is a big step in the gospel ministry as it adds to the number of gospel stations like Truth FM, Hope FM, Radio 360 and Radio Waumini. Kubamba Radio is riding on the rights of having an ardent following already and the music appeals across generations.
It is no news that gospel music is bigger in Kenya than secular music and this has led to a lot of tussles in the entertainment industry.
Unlike in the past, gospel music is getting more airplay leading to the birth of gospel shows which are running longer than regular shows.
This popularity has also led to the birth of labels and units determined to making gospel music claim a major slot in major media outlets and off-media markets and audiences.

    The statement says 96.1 but the ad shows 91.6. Can somebody pls make the correction?
